How does Holistic Coaching work?

Before we begin, I’ll take the time to find out more about you, your current challenges and your goals. My approach is to then guide you towards personal breakthroughs and build inner confidence with intuitive coaching techniques and life-enhancing strategies.

Strategies that I have used and tested by myself and have proven their efficiency to me. Together we’ll delve into what makes you truly happy, we’ll untangle any beliefs that are holding you back while nurturing the dreams that make you come alive.

We’ll look what is under the surface, for the tip of the iceberg is only a reflection of the inner.

What's the difference between Coaching and Counseling?

Counseling focuses more on the past, working through challenges that may be a result of past actions or behaviours. 

Instead, coaching spends a small amount of time looking at your past, healing what needs to be healed and taking that to shift and  focus on the future.

Looking at where you are now and where you'd like to be - and what you need to do in order to create your One True Life. 

Don’t misread, I’m not saying that one thing is better than another. That is something every individual has to decide for itself.

You can only ask yourself the question: if the universe works through laws and one of them is the law of attraction, if you keep focusing on the past and reliving the past? Doesn’t that create the same past over and over again?

    Coaching is for anyone seeking personal growth, transformation, and positive change in their life. It's designed for individuals who are open to exploring their potential, setting goals, and committing to their journey of self-improvement.

    Do I need to know something before I start coaching?

    No prior knowledge or experience is required to start coaching. Coaching is tailored to your unique needs and goals. All you need is an open mind, willingness to engage, and a commitment to your personal development journey.

  • No, I don’t recommend this. To create long lasting changes and new habits that stick, consistency is important. I’ve structured my coaching options into either 3-month or 6-month packages to ensure you have the support, accountability and guidance to create real shifts in your life.

  • Yes, I offer online coaching sessions to provide you with flexibility and convenience. You can participate in coaching sessions from the comfort of your own space, making it easy to fit into your schedule no matter where you are located.

  • My 3-month and 6-month coaching sessions are scheduled weekly and can run for up to 90-minutes.

    These will be scheduled at mutual convenience. My experience has shown me that weekly sessions give you time for reflection, while maintaining the momentum and inspiration for change.

    You’ll also have access to unlimited phone support between the hours of 9.30am-4.30pm weekdays if required.

  • Absolutely.

    I offer an initial consultation, allowing us to connect, discuss your goals, and understand each other's approach. It's an opportunity to ensure that our coaching relationship aligns with your needs and expectations before making any commitment.

  • While I have a framework for our sessions, it's not rigid. I tailor the coaching experience to your unique needs and goals. This allows for flexibility and ensures that our sessions are focused on what's most important to you, promoting a personalized and effective coaching journey. This is one of the things that makes holistic or intuitive coaching so unique.

  • Yes, I offer coaching for couples. In couple coaching, it's essential for each individual to focus on their personal growth before addressing the dynamics as a couple. True transformation comes from within, not just for the sake of the relationship. By nurturing individual well-being, you both bring authentic growth and positive change into the partnership.

    This approach strengthens the foundation for healthy communication, empathy, and mutual understanding, fostering a more harmonious and fulfilling relationship.

  • Yes, I offer holistic group coaching sessions. These sessions provide a supportive and collaborative environment where participants can learn from each other, share insights, and work towards their individual and collective goals. Group coaching offers a dynamic and enriching experience that can foster growth on multiple levels.

  • Yes, research indicates that online coaching sessions can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Online coaching offers convenience, flexibility, and the ability to connect from anywhere. With advanced technology, meaningful interactions and impactful results are achievable through virtual platforms, ensuring a quality coaching experience.

    Also physical training sessions can be done online. Because of my expertise in the field I can easily correct online and adjust the sessions to the tools I have available.

  • Transformation is an ongoing journey. The duration of our guidance typically spans 3 to 6 months, but many clients choose to continue beyond this timeframe to ensure sustained growth and progress. The decision to continue or pause is entirely up to you, based on your goals and personal preferences.

  • Pricing varies based on the coaching package and duration you choose. Please reach out to me for more details on the pricing options and to discuss which package aligns with your goals and budget. I'm here to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision. During the introduction session we discuss which offering or package suits you best, after that you’ll receive a proposal by mail based on your choice.

  • Yes, I provide flexible payment plans to accommodate your financial situation. We can discuss payment options that work best for you, ensuring that you can access the coaching support you need without undue financial strain. We can discuss these options in our introductory session.

  • It's important to have a positive coaching experience. If you find that coaching isn't the right fit for you, we can discuss your concerns openly. You're not obligated to continue if it doesn't align with your needs or expectations. Your comfort and satisfaction are a priority, and we can explore alternatives or adjustments as needed.

    If for any reason things aren’t working out after 4 sessions, you have the option to discontinue your coaching. Cancellation must be in writing to the Coach. Partial refund with session deduction is a possibility.

    Of course, to receive full value from coaching, completion of your entire program is recommended!

    Understand that the mind doesn’t like change and that feeling resistance to coaching can be an underlying self-sabotaging belief. This can be a part of your transformation.
